“We stayed at the Hampton on our trip to San Diego based on the reviews and we are very happy we chose to stay there. Every staff member we encountered were very friendly and courteous, everyone we encountered said hello and asked if we needed anything. The hotel was clean and smelled like fresh laundry. “The room was comfortable. However the room service was poor. The pool area could be upgraded including installation of a hot tub. The desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable however little information available about San Diego tourism.”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all. The bar inside my room was really great!!!”
